Le pari gagnant d’Isover, groupe Saint-Gobain : Engager des équipes réfractaires au digital pour améliorer la performance terrain
In this session, Olivier, head of the ISOVER and Placoplâtre training centers within Saint-Gobain, and Jérémy Trenteseaux, sales director at Beedeez (an LMS platform), present their collaboration on upskilling field sales teams.
The challenge: how do you engage traveling sales-technical representatives who are almost always in the field, have very little administrative time, and are sometimes resistant to digital tools? After a first e-learning platform whose usage faded following the post-Covid peak, Isover Placo chose Bidis to relaunch mobile-first training, built around short, gamified learning paths (points, badges, team quizzes, themed challenges).
The session walks through the typical structure of a five-capsule product training path, the results achieved so far (around 300 sales reps engaged, strong completion rates), and new artificial intelligence use cases: AI-assisted generation of training modules from PDF documents, and the rollout of learner-facing AI agents — hallucination-free Q&A, customer-interaction simulation, knowledge consolidation, and personalized recommendations.
